Here are some pictures from Laura’s birthday get-to-gether. Some lawless Cranium was played and I believe my team won!  Haha.

My second film from the Canon AE1, 35mm Plus X again.

Just general pictures really. My favourite is of the shelves left in someone’s front garden. The notice pinned on it reads:

“If you want it take it”

But its not that visible in the photo.

Amazing video.

Thanks Don.

So I shoot a lot of film as you will have already seen. Mostly medium format on my Mamiya 645 and the odd stint on a Hasselblad nicked from uni.

I began to get a bit fed up of lugging this huge camera around with me all the time, so invested a few quid, well £40 in a Canon AE1-P. A nice little 35mm camera with Aperture priority and full manual. Works with my snazzy Canon flash too.

These are literally the first few pictures taken on this camera, quite amazed anything came out at all. Some were accidentally scanned in colour, but I like the brown/goldness of them.

I’m hoping to get into the darkroom this weekend and do some more experimental stuff, going to be using oil and water, acetate, pens, compass (to scratch) and a load of other stuff… hopefully.
